Returns are accepted if contact has been made with Lotus Baby Design to request a refund within 7 days of purchase. You will receive confirmation to return your product. Please do not return items without this.
All items are to be returned within 10 days of of purchase in original condition (clean, unworn, unwashed and labels attached). It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return postage. No responsibility or credit will be given for undelivered return items (we advise you to send your item with tracking). We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any postage paid.
SALE AND REDUCED ITEMS
Please choose carefully with reduced items as we do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If you feel you have a received a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of your item. We assess each case individually and will respond with a solution. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please follow the ‘Returns’ policy for exchanges. A refund can be processed for the returned item once received. Purchase your new product as normal.
